From 20 August, iOS device users will be able to download Apple iOS 15.0.1. Apple has already released an early iOS 15.0.1 beta version.

iOS 15 is now available in the Software Update section of the App Store, but it is recommended you wait for the update to hit your device first.

Rumoured iPhone 8 features

We should be getting a lot more official details from Apple at its media event on 10 September and also at its big developer conference WWDC in June. And we can safely expect the iPhone 8 to be revealed at some point in the Autumn, alongside the iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus.

These two phones will continue with the normal iPhone design of a metal and glass chassis with the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screens from the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus respectively. This will still be the size that the majority of people buy their iPhones in, and also a decent size for the pocket.

But rumour has it that the iPhone 8 will be Apple's big reveal of the year and may well take some design cues from the iPhone X unveiled by Samsung in September last year.

The iPhone 8 will supposedly have a 5.8-inch screen, like the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, and will come with an all-glass and stainless steel body.
